A partir de 6 mois, le lait maternel ou infantile ne leur suffit plus\u00a0: les enfants commencent alors \u00e0 \u00e9largir leur palette de <strong>go\u00fbts<\/strong> \u00e0 travers la <strong>diversification alimentaire.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A partir de 3 ans, les besoins des enfants sont proportionnellement <strong>plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s<\/strong> que ceux de l\u2019adulte. L\u2019alimentation a une <strong>grande importance<\/strong> pour deux raisons\u00a0: la <strong>croissance rapide<\/strong> et le <strong>d\u00e9veloppement des fonctions digestives, m\u00e9taboliques et neurocellulaires<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A l\u2019adolescence, l\u2019organisme est en <strong>pleine construction<\/strong> et les besoins li\u00e9s \u00e0 la croissance sont consid\u00e9rables. La p\u00e9riode de pubert\u00e9 est cruciale en raison de <strong>modifications morphologiques, physiologiques et psychologiques importantes<\/strong>. Ces <strong>modifications<\/strong> vont influer sur les <strong>besoins nutritionnels<\/strong> des adolescents. De mani\u00e8re globale, il existe de grandes <strong>variations de vitesse de croissance<\/strong> selon les \u00e2ges mais aussi de <strong>grandes variations individuelles<\/strong> pour un m\u00eame \u00e2ge.<\/p>\n<h2>Les nutriments cl\u00e9s de la croissance<\/h2>\n<p>Class\u00e9s en deux sous cat\u00e9gories, on distingue les <strong>macronutriments<\/strong> et les <strong>micronutriments<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Les <strong>macronutriments<\/strong> sont ceux dont l&rsquo;organisme a besoin <strong>en plus grande quantit\u00e9<\/strong> et qui <strong>apportent de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie<\/strong>. Ce sont \u00e9galement les plus gros en termes de taille.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Les glucides et lipides <\/strong>sont une <strong>source d\u2019\u00e9nergie n\u00e9cessaire<\/strong> \u00e0 l\u2019enfant. Ces besoins sont li\u00e9s au <strong>fonctionnement de son<\/strong> <strong>m\u00e9tabolisme<\/strong> ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 ses <strong>d\u00e9penses \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques<\/strong>. Ils varient en fonction de son <strong>rythme de croissance<\/strong> et de son <strong>activit\u00e9 physique<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Les prot\u00e9ines<\/strong> participent \u00e0 la <strong>construction des tissus <\/strong>et au <strong>bon fonctionnement des organes<\/strong>. Elles peuvent \u00eatre d\u2019origine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale (c\u00e9r\u00e9ales compl\u00e8tes, l\u00e9gumineuses) ou animale (viande, \u0153uf, poisson).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Quant aux <strong>micronutriments<\/strong>, ils regroupent l&rsquo;ensemble <strong>des <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.biofar.fr\/tout-savoir\/les-vitamines\/\"><strong>vitamines<\/strong><\/a>, <strong>des <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.biofar.fr\/tout-savoir\/les-mineraux\/\"><strong>min\u00e9raux<\/strong><\/a> et <strong>des oligo-\u00e9l\u00e9ments<\/strong> <strong>indispensables \u00e0 la vie<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Les vitamines<\/strong> jouent un r\u00f4le fondamental, \u00e0 commencer par les <strong>vitamines B et C <\/strong>qui contribuent au <strong>m\u00e9tabolisme \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique g\u00e9n\u00e9ral<\/strong>. Quant \u00e0 <strong>la vitamine D<\/strong>, elle est indispensable \u00e0 la bonne fixation du calcium sur les os. On la retrouve dans les poissons gras. Elle est \u00e9galement synth\u00e9tis\u00e9e via l\u2019exposition au soleil. Concernant le fer, une d\u00e9ficience peut subvenir \u00e0 cause d\u2019une alimentation peu vari\u00e9e ou d\u2019un r\u00e9gime restrictif. Pr\u00e9sentez-la dans une jolie carafe ou un joli verre pour donner envie.
