Les vitamines sont des substances indispensables<\/strong> au bon fonctionnement de l’organisme. Elles sont d’autant plus importantes<\/strong> que le corps ne peut souvent pas les fabriquer en quantit\u00e9 suffisante. Les apports doivent donc \u00eatre assur\u00e9s par l’alimentation<\/strong>.<\/p>\nThe 13 substances that meet this definition are often cited under two names: a scientific name and a more common name.

Soluble in fats<\/strong>, they are stored in the body, and more precisely in the liver and adipose tissue.<\/p>\n\t
